Our Adult sessions are designed specifically for those of all abilities in a calm and quiet environment. The whole pool is dedicated to our adult session so there will be no children in the pool.
Please make sure you select each session you would like to attend in order to secure your place.
These sessions run on Wednesday evenings, from 19:45 until 20:30.
